From your dashboard , select cable TV subscription and make a choice of either GoTV or DSTV, enter the IUC number, subscription amount/plan and Click Ok to confirm name and address, click on pay to make payment for the subscription

Click on customer complaint and register a compliant stating the reference for which you made the transaction or purchase , you will be responded to in less than 2 hours.

Your account can be locked for a number of reasons ;
